维基语录
维基语录（Wikiquote），是维基百科的一个姊妹计划，使用相同的MediaWiki软件。它属于维基媒体基金会下属的一个维基计划。维基语录旨在创建一个各种语言的名人名言以及谚语等内容的自由的在线语录。
2003年6月27日维基语录临时在wo.wikipedia.com上建立起来。7月10日转移到了quote.wikipedia.org，8月25日开始使用独立的域名wikiquote.org。[1]
2004年7月18日包括中文版在内的其他语言的维基语录被创建。
大多数的维基语录集中在编写使用该语言的作者，但是也有很多优秀的翻译。一些语言版本的维基语录，包括英文和日文版，显示出一个强烈的参考原文的倾向，而且许多的引言都伴随有原文。这种倾向在对谚语的广泛收集中可以明显的看出来。
