גרב (גם: פוזמק) הוא פריט לבוש המשמש לחימום והגנה על כף הרגל, ללבישה מתחת לפריטי ההנעלה השונים, כגון נעליים ומגפיים. ניתן להבדיל בין גרביים שונים על פי אורך, צבע וסוג הבד (כותנה, פוליאסטר, צמר ואף ניילון). קיימים גם גרביים מיוחדים שנועדו לבודד את הרגל מתנאי קור קיצוניים.

פולקלור

בחג המולד נוהגים הנוצרים לתלות גרביים מעל האח, ולשים בהם ממתקים ומתנות לילדיהם.

על פי האקדמיה ללשון העברית, המין הדקדוקי של הגרב הינו זכר, אך למרות זאת קיים בלבול נפוץ שבו מתייחסים לגרב כאל נקבה, ככל הנראה בשל מספר מלים בנקבה הקשורות אליו סמנטית, כגון רגל, אצבע ונעל.
